About General Merchandise

Our experts focus on operations, process, and efficiency to ensure a consistent guest experience by maintaining product availability, accurate pricing, and signage. They oversee inbound, outbound, replenishment, inventory accuracy, presentation, and promotional signing across all GM areas, including Food & Beverage and Food Service, providing a fresh and food-safe experience. They also support efficient delivery through pick, pack, and ship fulfillment.

This role offers opportunities to build skills in guest service, retail fundamentals, inventory management, and process improvement. No two days are the same, but typical responsibilities include:

• Greeting guests warmly and authentically.
• Understanding guest needs through body language and verbal cues.
• Engaging with guests to understand and support their needs.
• Knowledge of store tools, products, and services to assist guests effectively.
• Ensuring the sales floor is well-stocked, accurately signed, and properly priced.
• Executing inbound, replenishment, and signage processes.
• Maintaining operational procedures, safety, and compliance standards.
