Job summary

Eurest, part of Compass Group, is hiring a General Manager to lead the daily operation of one or more foodservice programs in Pryor Creek, OK. You will oversee service delivery, financial performance, food safety and guest experience, while developing a high-performing team.

This role collaborates with Compass @ Client leadership, Eurest Operations and Client Workplace Services to drive operational excellence in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of retail operational foodservice management experience preferred.
• Good knowledge of food and catering trends with a focus on quality, production, sanitation, food cost controls, marketing and presentation.
• Experience in technology, corporate dining, healthcare, manufacturing, or mission-critical environments.
• P&L accountability and contract-managed service experience is desirable.
• Experience with cash retail operations.
• Retail marketing experience is highly desirable.
• Supervisory, leadership, management and coaching skills.
• Good communication skills both written and verbal.
• Knowledge of financial, budgetary, accounting and computational practices.
• Proficient computer skills to include; various computer programs, Microsoft Office programs, e-mail and the Internet.
• CDM/ Food Safety certification highly desirable

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation and ensure service timelines and client requirements are met.
• Manage operations supporting a 24/7 mission-critical environment and ensure uninterrupted service delivery.
• Coordinate readiness for maintenance events, outages, and business continuity activities.
• Handle financials including planning, budgeting, analysis and reporting.
• Engage professionally with a diverse group of associates, peers, managers, suppliers, clients and customers.
• Lead management meetings and drive initiatives with clients and Compass leadership.
• Identify problems quickly and provide appropriate recommendations.
• Audit units for compliance with company, government and accrediting standards.
• Hire, train and orientate new management associates.
