Job summary

Franz Family Bakery is seeking Production Floaters to join our fast-paced team. You will assist in producing a variety of bread products in a gluten-free facility, following SQF safety procedures and standard operating guidelines.

Schedule is 11 PM–11 AM; applicants must be able to work any day including holidays. We offer generous benefits including healthcare, retirement funds, and growth opportunities. Equal employment opportunity and non-union shop.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous experience in similar production line duties preferred.
• Ability to work in a high temperature environment.

Responsibilities

• Will perform various assigned manual labor tasks to: grasp, lift, move, place, and stack items relating to the production processes.
• Identify, count, sort, and visually inspect bakery items.
• Accurately record any product analysis data or counts, as required by SQF Food Safety Procedures.
• Maintain workflow from production conveyors.
• Work in a safe manner at all times and adhere to company values.
• Related duties as assigned
