Job summary

Franz Family Bakery is seeking Bakery Production Workers to join a fast-paced team in our Seattle-area facility. You will perform manual tasks, count and inspect items, and record data per SQF procedures while maintaining safe operations on the production line.

We offer competitive wages of $24.77–$26.87 per hour with weekly pay, growth opportunities, generous holidays and vacation, and health benefits with 100% premiums paid for employee, spouse, and children.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in production-line duties is preferred.
• Ability to work in a high-temperature production environment.
• Ability to learn new tasks and adapt to different jobs as needed.
• Must join union within 30 days of hire.
• Reliable attendance for a 24/7 production facility.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual labor tasks related to production processes.
• Identify, count, sort, and visually inspect bakery items.
• Record product analysis data or counts per SQF procedures.
• Maintain workflow from production conveyors.
• Work safely at all times and support Franz Core Values.
