Job summary

The Gluten Free Baking Company is seeking an Oven Operator in Oregon to join our production team. You will assist across positions on the bread production line, following SQF food safety procedures and adapting to daily production needs.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• No high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous production line experience in bakery is preferred.
• Experience in industrial manufacturing environments may substitute.
• Adherence to company core values.

Responsibilities

• Perform in a friendly, courteous manner with coworkers.
• Visually inspect products.
• Stand for long periods; move, bend, and twist frequently.
• Operate bakery utensils and ovens with safety.
• Handle ingredients from raw to ready to eat.
• Perform basic math and weigh/measure items.
• Learn and follow safety and sanitation procedures.
• Work around equipment emitting heat.
• Wear PPE as required.
• Lift, push, pull up to 50 lbs regularly.
