Job summary

Northern Biomedical Research Inc is seeking an Archivist for a full-time onsite role in Norton Shores, MI. The Archivist will execute archiving procedures to support GLP and non-GLP studies and manage both onsite and offsite archives.

Responsibilities include maintaining the archives database, monitoring storage requirements, coordinating with sponsors on material disposition, and handling sponsor communications for returns of study materials.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent; BA/BS preferred.
• Experience in a regulated environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with Pristima and/or other LIMS.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Time management and organizational abilities.
• Self-motivated with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the archives database and retrieve materials from archive as needed.
• Monitor archive storage requirements and contact sponsor on disposition decisions.
• Manage offsite archives.
• Coordinate with Sponsors for return of study materials.
• Other duties as assigned.
