Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a 5–10-year real estate portfolio strategic roadmap.
• Align business operations with optimized occupancy and space planning globally.
• Evaluate real estate usage data to determine optimal square footage and desk ratios.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Technology to implement supporting platforms.
• Advise senior leaders on actions to balance portfolio utilization and timing.
• Facilitate cross-functional strategic planning across Ford Land functions.
• Build change management roadmaps and lead stakeholder engagement.
• Identify opportunities for best practices, tools, and techniques.
