Ford Motor Company is seeking a leadership-level HR professional to guide people strategy across the organization. The role focuses on employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, benefits, and governance while driving change and talent initiatives in a hybrid work environment.

The successful candidate will lead HR programs, collaborate with leaders, and deliver data-driven dashboards to support business objectives and compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years with a Master’s degree or 8 years with a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in HR.
• CHRP or PHR certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, recruitment, onboarding, benefits, leaves, and legal requirements.
• Experience in change management and talent development.

Responsibilities

• Builds credibility with business leaders to understand needs and challenges.
• Provides HR support in employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, benefits, leaves, and performance management.
• Manages new hire orientation and ensures documentation compliance.
• Coordinates with teams to ensure compliance with policies and labor laws.
• Drives change management initiatives with talent implications.
• Collaborates on investigations and reports dashboards analytics.
• Promotes HR programs and communicates business value.
• Partners on workforce planning and succession initiatives.
• Delivers short-term HR projects using data to design solutions.
• Performs talent management activities including performance, disciplinary actions, pay decisions.
