Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a 5–10-year real estate portfolio strategic roadmap.
• Align business operations with optimized occupancy and space planning globally.
• Evaluate real estate usage data to determine optimal square footage, desk ratios, and spatial zoning.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Technology to implement supporting technology platforms.
• Advise senior leaders on actions to balance portfolio utilization and align global initiatives with real estate solutions.
• Facilitate cross-functional strategic planning and prioritization with Ford Land functions.
• Build change management roadmaps and drive stakeholder engagement through the process.
• Identify opportunities for best practices, techniques, and tools.
