Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Manager for the Global Real Estate and Facilities (GREF) Business Partnering team. The role acts as a BP for AI and Security, partnering with senior leaders to align real estate strategy with business objectives.

You will lead cross-functional collaboration, develop executive-level real estate content, and drive data-driven decision making across regions. This is a high-impact, globally scoped BP leadership role.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• 2+ years of driving process improvements experience.
• Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field.

Responsibilities

• Partner across enterprise partners to support executive leaders in managing through ambiguity while inspecting and understanding the consequences of choices and trade-offs.
• Build systems and tracking mechanisms to deliver agreed upon SLAs
• Establish rhythm of business for each org, integrating GREF into business-level planning and cadence
• Implement reporting mechanisms to support leaders with data, analytics, metrics, and research to make informed decisions
• Lead and support the development and delivery of executive-level real estate presentations, recommendations, and business cases
