Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC in Seattle seeks a Manager on the GREF Business Partnering team to serve as a BP for AI and Security units, aligning real estate strategies with business objectives. You will partner with senior leaders across Finance, Legal, Public Policy and GREF to drive cross-functional initiatives.

This role emphasizes data-driven decision making, reporting, and presenting business cases to the S-team, with focus on occupancy planning, cost stewardship and strategic real estate

Qualifications

• 6+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Partner across Finance, PXT, Public Relations, Legal, Security, etc., and GREF teams to align strategies for executive leaders.
• Build systems and tracking mechanisms to deliver agreed upon SLAs.
• Establish rhythm of business for each org, integrating GREF into OP1/OP2 planning and WBR/MBR/QBR cadence.
• Implement reporting mechanisms to support data, analytics, metrics, and research for informed decisions.
• Balance fiduciary stewardship with cost savings mandates and GREF standards/protocols.
• Lead the development and delivery of S-team executive real estate presentations, recommendations, and business cases.
• Oversee issue escalation processes.
• Partner with GREF teams and external stakeholders to drive development and execution of strategies across regions.
• Provide thought leadership and market insights to inform recommendations.
