As the only vertically integrated AI infrastructure company built from the ground up, we own and operate each layer of the stack — from electrons to tokens — to power the world's most ambitious AI workloads. When you join Crusoe, you join a team that is building the future, faster.

We’re in the midst of the greatest industrial revolution of our time. The demand for AI compute is boundless, and power is a bottleneck. We’re solving that — with an energy‑first approach that makes AI infrastructure better for the world and faster for the people innovating with AI.

We’re looking for problem‑solving, opportunity‑finding teammates with a sense of urgency, who believe in the scale of our ambition and thrive on a path not fully paved — people who want to grow their careers alongside a team of experts across energy, manufacturing, data center construction, and cloud services.

If you want to do the most meaningful work of your career, help our customers and partners advance their AI strategies, and be part of a high‑performing team that believes in each other, come build with us at Crusoe.

About the Role

Crusoe is seeking an experienced, detail‑oriented Workplace Manager to lead operations for our growing San Francisco office. In this highly visible, hands‑on role, you will partner closely with the Regional Workplace Manager and cross‑functional teams to oversee daily office operations, support expansion efforts, and deliver an exceptional workplace experience for a rapidly scaling employee population.

As Crusoe continues to grow its headcount and geographic footprint, you will help build strong operational foundations, manage and develop a workplace team, and ensure the office functions as a dynamic, well‑run hub for collaboration and productivity. This role requires strong operational judgment, ownership, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environment.

This is a full‑time, in‑office role based in San Francisco, requiring five days per week on‑site.

What You’ll Be Working On
  • Workplace Operations Management: Oversee daily workplace operations for the San Francisco office, ensuring smooth functionality, high service standards, and a consistently positive employee experience as the site scales.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with People, IT, Security, Finance, and other business leaders to support onboarding, headcount planning, workplace technology, and operational alignment across the San Francisco site.
  • Vendor & Facilities Management: Lead relationships with landlords, building management, and third‑party vendors. Oversee janitorial, food and beverage, facilities, and event vendors to ensure performance, reliability, and cost efficiency.
  • Team Leadership & Coordination: Manage and oversee Workplace Coordinators supporting the San Francisco office. Provide guidance and ensure consistent execution of workplace programs, vendor coordination, and employee experience initiatives across the site.
  • Office Expansion & Space Planning: Support office expansions and space planning.
  • Budget Ownership: Manage the San Francisco workplace budget and identify opportunities to optimize operational costs while maintaining high standards.
  • Visitor Experience: Oversee the end‑to‑end visitor experience by managing front‑of‑house operations, visitor management platform, and cross‑functional coordination to ensure a seamless, secure, and professional arrival‑to‑departure journey aligned with organizational standards and brand.
  • Event and Program Management: Plan and execute San Francisco‑based employee events and workplace programs aligned with company‑wide strategies and focused on team connection and engagement.
  • Food and Beverage Program Management: Manage food and beverage programming for the San Francisco office, including daily meals and snack programs, with ownership of budgets and vendors.
  • Process & Program Development: Design and implement scalable workplace policies, documentation, and operational workflows.
  • Emergency Response: Act as the primary point of contact for building‑related issues and emergencies, including after‑hours response when needed.
What You’ll Bring to the Team
  • 5+ years of experience in workplace, facilities, or office operations roles within fast‑paced, growth‑oriented organizations.
  • Demonstrated experience owning day‑to‑day office operations and supporting office growth or expansion initiatives.
  • Strong vendor management and facilities oversight experience.
  • Experience managing budgets and identifying opportunities for operational efficiency.
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross‑functionally with People, IT, Security, and Finance teams.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and detail‑oriented with strong ownership and follow‑through.
  • Comfortable operating autonomously and making sound decisions in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to coach and develop teams.
  • Passion for creating engaging, inclusive, and high‑performing workplace environments.
