Job summary

Aerospike, Inc. is seeking a Workplace and Employee Experience Manager to create an exceptional global workplace experience. You will design and execute programs that foster a thriving culture, reporting to the Chief People Officer.

This role requires working from the Mountain View office four days per week, with some weeks needing five days. You will partner with Global People, IT, Finance, and other teams to enhance employee engagement and experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years in employee experience, workplace or HR operations with at least 8+ years total experience.
• Global perspective and experience supporting distributed teams is a plus.
• Service-oriented mindset with focus on helping others and positive experiences.
• Office coordination experience with vendors, deliveries, and employee requests.
• Strong organization to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Creativity to boost morale within budget constraints.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with People team and cross-functional partners.
• Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day Mountain View office operations and WeWork locations globally.
• Coordinate building management, vendors, and office services providers.
• Drive budget management and invoice processing for employee experience.
• Plan and execute employee experience programs and events for hybrid/remote workers.
• Support onboarding/offboarding, orientation, swag programs, and transitions.
• Lead employee recognition programs aligned with company values.
