Job summary

Aerospike is seeking a Workplace and Employee Experience Manager to design and deliver programs that help employees thrive worldwide. You’ll report to the Chief People Officer and oversee office operations in Mountain View four days per week, with occasional weeks requiring five days, coordinating with the global People team.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in employee experience, workplace or HR operations or related role.
• 8+ years total professional experience.
• Global perspective; experience with remote or distributed teams is a plus.
• Service-oriented mindset focused on helping others and positive employee experiences.
• Office coordination experience; support day-to-day operations and vendor interactions.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and vendors.
• Creativity to engage employees within a budget.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; collaborate across teams.
• Adaptability in a fast-paced environment and willingness to assist where needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day Mountain View office operations and front-office contact.
• Coordinate vendors, office services, and building management.
• Drive employee experience programs and events for hybrid/remote staff.
• Support onboarding/offboarding and employee recognition activities.
• Track office and employee experience expenses; process invoices and budgets.
• Partner with Global People, IT, Finance, Admins and other cross-functional teams.
