Job summary

Aerospike is seeking an Office and Employee Experience Manager to design and deliver programs that empower a thriving global workforce. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will own workplace operations and employee experience initiatives in alignment with our values.

You’ll work from the Mountain View office four days a week, partner with IT, Finance, and HR, and lead events, onboarding, recognition, and budget management to create a welcoming, productive environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in employee experience or workplace/HR operations.
• Global perspective and experience supporting remote or distributed teams a plus.
• Strong organizational and budget-management abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary front-office contact for Mountain View and WeWork locations globally.
• Oversee office operations, vendor relations, and building management.
• Lead snack/food program, budget tracking and invoicing.
• Plan and execute employee experience programs and events for hybrid/remote staff.
• Support onboarding/offboarding and employee swag programs.
• Drive employee recognition aligned with Aerospike's values.
• Collaborate with Global People, IT, Finance, Admins on programs.
