Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management, platform management, or operations tech.
• Strong technical fluency with systems, data models, and API contracts.
• Experience delivering AI or automation in production operations.
• Proven ability to lead multi-team initiatives and align business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Define the multi-year strategy for Airbnb's ops platform and roadmaps.
• Align vision and OKRs with Supply, Engineering, and Operations leadership.
• Design AI-forward processes and determine human-in-the-loop needs.
• Decompose complex problems and drive coherent cross-team solutions.
• Own case management and workforce management tooling and forecasting.
• Write precise product briefs and drive adoption with engineering.
• Coordinate PMM and engineering teams to align roadmaps and tradeoffs.
