Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in extended workforce, contingent workforce, procurement operations, workforce operations, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Head of Extended Workforce to set direction for workstreams and own end-to-end execution with clear plans and milestones.
• Collaborate with Extended Workforce Operations and Global Compliance Lead to ensure efficient, scalable operations and compliance.
• Advise hiring managers on workforce solutions balancing experience, speed, cost, compliance, risk, and scalability.
• Translate business needs into improved workflows, automation, systems, and reporting.
