Job summary

Career Group is seeking a Workplace Specialist to manage day-to-day facilities, office operations, and select HR tasks across domestic and international offices. This hands-on role requires independence, strong judgment, and the ability to prioritize without close supervision.

Schedule includes Tuesday–Thursday onsite with Monday and Friday open to remote; compensation is $33/hr on a temporary/temp-to-perm basis, with hours from 8:00 AM–5:00 PM and flexibility for international time zones.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in workplace, office, facilities, people operations, or HR operations.
• Mature, polished, and highly organized with strong judgment.
• Excellent problem solving and communication skills.
• Comfortable working independently and managing up.
• Flexible and open to taking on responsibilities beyond traditional facilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee workplace and facilities needs, including supplies, vendors, budgets, and office operations.
• Support multiple U.S. and international locations and coordinate across time zones.
• Assist with HR operations, onboarding, contractor processes, and internal projects.
• Identify and resolve issues independently while knowing when to elevate.
• Partner with HR and leadership on evolving operational needs.
