Base pay range

$25.00/hr - $35.00/hr

This role is fully remote; however, candidates must be available to work standard business hours in the Eastern Time Zone (ET) to align with the client’s team.

Responsibilities

• Support process improvement and ensure smooth execution of daily operations across multiple departments.
• Manage vendor and partner coordination and communications.
• Track KPIs and maintain accurate reporting for leadership.
• Maintain operational documentation and support audits and compliance initiatives.
• Assist in implementing new processes that improve efficiency and proactively resolve issues through internal and external collaboration.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–4 years of experience in operations, logistics, business administration, or a related field.
• Ability to adapt quickly, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and familiarity with workflow tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Airtable).
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify inefficiencies and propose improvements.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience in e-commerce or logistics preferred.

Compensation

This position is remote, starting as a temporary contract role with potential to convert to permanent. Compensation ranges from $25-$35 per hour, depending on experience and industry background.
