Job summary

Perplexity is seeking a Global Workplace Business Operations Lead to manage the portfolio of workplace programs across our global offices. You will set operating frameworks, influence planning, and deliver cross-functional initiatives ranging from capital projects to portfolio governance.

This role requires hands-on ownership of operational processes and strong collaboration with finance and executive leadership.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in workplace operations, corporate real estate, facilities programs or a closely related field.
• Strong project and program management discipline with ability to plan, organize and track complex initiatives.
• Experience delivering office buildouts, relocations or capital improvements as internal owner.

Responsibilities

• Own annual and quarterly planning for portfolio areas and set priorities and resource plans.
• Lead capital-project delivery across office openings and refreshes with external PMs.
• Establish lease administration, obligation tracking, space data and portfolio reporting.
