Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking an experienced Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) professional to join the Global Standards & Procedures team to develop, implement, and review WHS programs across Amazon operations worldwide.

The role requires a strong health and safety background, program management experience, and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders to align on common WHS standards. Travel up to 10% is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in Health and Safety or a related field.

Responsabilités

• Lead and deliver medium to large, cross-functional WHS procedures that serve major parts of the business.
• Develop, review, approve and improve internal policies and procedures in the respect of the countries WHS legal and Amazon Global Standards requirements.
• Implement and track WHS programs and provide execution support to field operations.
• Drive WHS programs and best practice standardization at both Regional and Global level.
• Recommend improvements to programs scoping, building, testing and deployment across the company.
• Partner with key stakeholders such as RME, Procurement, SLeD, Compliance Assurance, Audits, Legal, etc in the development and continued improvement of high-risk operations procedures.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.
