Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. is seeking a Workplace Enablement Lead to drive strategy and adoption of enterprise workplace technologies, including M365, Copilot, and AI tools. You will partner with stakeholders to deploy scalable solutions and governance across a global organization.

You will lead a global team, oversee change management, measure adoption, and report progress to executives. The role emphasizes collaboration across IT, HR, security, and business functions in Plano, Texas.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in digital workplace, employee experience, change management, or technology transformation.
• Proven experience leading global technology adoption programs.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, AI productivity tools, collaboration platforms, and workplace technologies.
• Experience influencing senior executives and leading cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the global workplace enablement roadmap aligned to business priorities.
• Lead enterprise-wide adoption of Global Workplace Services technologies and employee experience initiatives.
• Develop business use cases, value realization frameworks, and adoption strategies.
• Lead adoption and change management efforts for AI-powered productivity tools, including Microsoft 365 Copilot.
• Partner with business leaders to identify high-value AI use cases and drive measurable outcomes.
• Establish governance, training, communication, and support models for AI deployment.
• Monitor adoption metrics and develop executive reporting for leadership stakeholders.
• Create enterprise change management strategies for workplace technology deployments.
• Develop stakeholder engagement plans, communications strategies, campaigns, and training programs.
• Drive user adoption through targeted enablement activities and executive sponsorship.
• Develop targeted communication recommendations for key stakeholder groups, including leaders, people managers, frontline employees, and technology champions.
