Job summary
PepsiCo seeks an experienced Forward Deployed AI Engineering Lead to design and deliver production-grade agent capabilities across cloud and edge. You will own end-to-end delivery of agentic modules, drive evaluation discipline, and partner with platform engineering and business units to scale solutions.
You will lead complex integrations with ERPs/CRMs, optimize model routing and memory, and shape client success through workshops and knowledge transfer while maintaining high standards for
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in CS/AI/ML or equivalent experience.
- Master’s degree preferred.
- 12+ years in software lifecycle management.
- Proven experience shipping LLM/agent solutions to production with measurable quality and RoI.
Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy AI agent solutions in client environments.
- Customize agent patterns and enterprise integrations.
- Translate requirements into production-ready solutions with strong discovery.
- Optimize performance within client constraints (latency, reliability, throughput).
- Create implementation playbooks to accelerate deployments.
