Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in CS or Engineering is required.
• 10+ years in software development and engineering management.
• 8+ years in Java, Python, or JavaScript and related languages.

Responsibilities

• Create vision and guide a team to build digital products.
• Translate requirements into detailed design artifacts.
• Drive partnerships with UX, PM, IT, Data & Analytics, and vendors.
• Develop enterprise product capabilities using data and AI.
• Lead AI-first design initiatives to speed delivery.
• Define software development strategy and roadmaps.
• Lead distributed, high-performance teams and mentor engineers.
• Interact with peers to reach solution consensus.
• Escalate delivery impediments and manage risks.
• Collaborate with business partners to meet strategic needs.
