Job summary

Stripe's Workplace team seeks a Workplace Design Coordinator to maintain design quality across our global office portfolio, manage standards, review submissions, and support programs spanning vendors, wellness, sustainability, and practical AI applications.

The ideal candidate combines strong design judgment with excellent communication and organizational skills, research chops, and cross-functional coordination capabilities; domestic and international travel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in interior design, architecture, design strategy, or related field with strong visual/spatial judgment.
• Experience reading architectural plans, test fits, drawings, material selections, and specs.
• Proficiency with design tools (Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam) and planning apps (Asana).
• Curiosity about AI with practical approach to experimentation and workflow enhancement.
• Ability to manage defined work streams with excellent organization and communication.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Workplace Design resources, guidelines, and portfolio documentation; update guidelines with learnings from projects.
• Review test fits, drawings, and material selections; provide design feedback and updates to offices.
• Coordinate design work streams for vendor partnerships and wellness/sustainability goals.
• Explore, test, and document practical AI applications for design research and knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners; travel as required.
• This role requires domestic and international travel.
