Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Workplace Design Coordinator to maintain quality across its global office portfolio. You will manage design guidelines, review test fits and submissions, and drive improvements across sites. The role supports vendor partnerships, wellness, sustainability, and practical AI applications.

The ideal candidate has strong communication, research, and organizational skills, plus experience in architectural plans, design tooling, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in interior design, architecture, design strategy, or related field.
• Strong visual and spatial design judgment, and familiarity with wellness, sustainable or inclusive design.
• Proven ability to read architectural plans, test fits and design drawings, with actionable recommendations.
• Experience reading specs and coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Workplace Design resources and design guidelines across portfolios.
• Review test fits, drawings and material selections to provide clear feedback and updates.
• Coordinate design workflows with vendors, regional teams and cross-functional partners.
