Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Workplace Design Coordinator to uphold and elevate design quality across its global office portfolio. You will manage design standards, review test fits and submissions, and support programs spanning vendor partnerships, wellness, sustainability, and AI applications.

The ideal candidate blends strong design judgment with excellent communication and organizational skills, research chops, and the ability to coordinate work across cross‑functional teams and external partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in interior design, architecture, design strategy, or related field.
• Experience reading architectural plans, test fits, drawings, materials, and specs.
• Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Asana, Google Drive, and Google Slides.
• Interest in AI applications with practical, testable workflows.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and written/verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Workplace Design resources, guidelines, office categories, and portfolio docs.
• Review test fits, drawings, materials, and project docs; provide design feedback.
• Coordinate design work streams with vendor partnerships and wellness/sustainability goals.
• Explore AI applications for design research, docs, and portfolio analysis.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent execution.
• Travel domestically and internationally as required.
