Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Workplace Design Coordinator to maintain design quality across our global office portfolio. You will manage design standards, review test fits and submissions, and support strategic programs spanning vendor partnerships, wellness, sustainability, and AI applications.

The ideal candidate has strong design judgment, excellent communication, and the ability to coordinate work across internal teams and external partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in interior design, architecture, design strategy, or a related field with strong visual/spatial judgment.
• Experience reading and reviewing architectural plans, test fits, drawings, material selections, and specs; translate research into design recommendations.
• Proficiency with design tools (Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam) and planning apps (Asana).
• Curiosity about AI and emerging tools; practical approach to experiments and workflow enhancement.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Workplace Design resources and guidelines; update guidelines based on learnings and portfolio audits.
• Review test fits, design presentations, drawings, and materials; provide design feedback and updates to regional teams.
• Coordinate design work streams for partnerships; support wellness, sustainability, and inclusive design goals; track progress.
• Explore, test, and document practical AI applications for design research and portfolio analysis.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders, consultants, and vendors; travel domestically and internationally.
