The role requires 7+ years in architecture or interior design project management, strong communication, proficiency in Revit, Google Workspace, and Deltek Vantagepoint, and licensure or active pursuit.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
• 7+ years of project management experience in architecture or interior design.
• Experience delivering workplace/corporate interior projects.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with PMs and partners.
• Strong knowledge of space programming, workplace strategy, and all phases from Schematic Design through Construction Administration.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Experience in cross-project staffing and resource allocation.

Responsibilities

• Drive consistency in client experience, operational efficiency, and strategic account health across engagements.
• Lead select smaller projects from kickoff through delivery.
• Coordinate with Principals and design teams to ensure quality and on-time delivery.
