Beacon Hill Staffing Group, a leading global fintech organization client, is seeking a Contract Workday Implementation Specialist to support a January 2027 go-live and global payroll transformation. You will collaborate with People Ops, Payroll, Finance, Technology and external consultants in a fast-paced setting.

The ideal candidate has hands-on Workday experience with HRIS and payroll expertise. Bachelor's degree or equivalent required, with 4+ years in HRIS/HR tech and payroll domains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Direct experience supporting a Workday implementation, configuration, migration, or major HRIS transformation.
• 4+ years of experience in HRIS, People Operations, payroll, HR technology, or related functions.
• Experience with payroll integrations, benefits integrations, and Finance/GL processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support a high-profile Workday implementation and global payroll transformation.
• Partner with People Operations, Payroll, Finance, Technology, and external consultants to ensure successful go-live.
• Help maintain ongoing global payroll operations in a fast-paced organization.
