Beacon Hill Staffing Group, a leading global fintech organization client, is seeking a Contract Workday Implementation Specialist to support a January 2027 go-live and global payroll transformation. You will collaborate with People Ops, Payroll, Finance, Technology and external consultants in a fast-paced setting.

The ideal candidate has hands-on Workday experience with HRIS and payroll expertise. Bachelor's degree or equivalent required, with 4+ years in HRIS/HR tech and payroll domains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Direct experience supporting a Workday implementation, configuration, migration, or major HRIS transformation.
• 4+ years of experience in HRIS, People Operations, payroll, HR technology, or related functions.
• Experience with payroll integrations, benefits integrations, and Finance/GL processes preferred.

Our client, a leading global fintech organization, is seeking a Contract Workday Implementation Specialist (with potential for conversion) to support a high-profile Workday implementation and global payroll transformation. This role will partner with People Operations, Payroll, Finance, Technology, and external consultants to ensure a successful January 2027 Workday go-live while supporting ongoing global payroll operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on Workday implementation experience combined with global payroll and HRIS expertise in a fast-paced, growing organization. Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience, required. Direct experience supporting a Workday implementation, configuration, migration, or major HRIS transformation, required. 4+ years of experience in HRIS, People Operations, payroll, HR technology, or related functions, required. Experience with payroll integrations, benefits integrations, and Finance/GL processes, preferred. The hourly rate for this role is $45-$55/hr. Compensation is commensurate with experience.
