You will ensure data integrity and compliance within a global HR tech environment and partner with Finance and Payroll to align security with business needs. Qualifications

• 3+ years of dedicated Workday HCM Security Administration and role design experience.
• Deep expertise configuring Workday business processes, rules, and functional access.
• Strong understanding of SOX compliance and ICFR controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead hands-on administration and configuration of security domains across Core HCM, Compensation, Talent, and Recruiting.
• Partner with Finance and Payroll to translate complex requirements into stable, compliant Workday solutions.
• Lead impact assessment and validation of semi-annual Workday releases for continuity.
• Champion a governance framework, defining decision rights and ownership for configuration quality.
• Resolve high-impact production issues with implementation partners and stakeholders.
