Job summary

Tencent Finance is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the Workday Financials implementation within our Finance IT Management Department. This role oversees planning, design, data migration, testing, cutover, and stabilization across multiple entities and regions.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years in program management for enterprise apps and proven multi-country ERP delivery experience, with strong skills in project planning, risk management, and working knowledge of

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project or program management in enterprise applications.
• At least 3 full-lifecycle ERP implementations in a PM role.
• Strong planning, schedule/budget control, dependency tracking, and governance.
• Experience delivering multi-country ERP/finance transformation programs for multinational enterprises.
• Solid knowledge of Workday Financials modules (Financial Accounting, Procurement, Expenses, etc.).
• Ability to manage multiple projects with prioritization and resource management.
• Experience with implementation partners and SOW management.
• English and Mandarin communication preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Workday Financials implementation delivery from initiation to stabilization.
• Build integrated project plans with scope, milestones, dependencies, and resources.
• Drive day-to-day execution and close open items against baseline and variances.
• Lead proactive risk and issue management with mitigation plans.
• Coordinate Finance and IT, partners, and vendors across regions/applications.
• Plan data migration, integrations, testing cycles, and cutover readiness.
• Manage partners, budgets, and governance with clear design decisions.
• Maintain documentation using Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or Smartsheet.
