Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Process manually initiated wire transfers and repair non-STP items using established procedures.
• Enter or verify items in Keystone; repair queues to fix non-STP items so they process.
• Interpret fax instructions in various formats to differentiate payments, book transfers, expects and amendments.
• Work in a two-person team; communicate effectively to complete items before market deadlines.
• Balance USD and non-USD transfers; adapt to volumes and ensure timely processing.
• Process items accurately within established timeframes.
• Adhere to Funds Transfer and Firm policies for authenticating all instructions.
• Research unclear instructions and escalate to supervisor when appropriate.
