Job summary

IDB Bank is seeking a Funds Transfer Specialist to manage domestic and international payments and book transfers across currencies in line with policies.

You will monitor processing, ensure compliance, perform end-of-day balancing, and support investigations while delivering strong customer service.

Hybrid schedule in New York; 4+ years in funds transfer; knowledge of Fedwire/CHIPS/Swift; MS Office; Spanish or eGifts a plus.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of funds transfer experience, with knowledge of Fedwire, CHIPS, SWIFT and FX payments.
• Able to work under strict deadlines and in a high-volume environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
• Spanish language is a plus; eGifts experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Input, verify, and release payments and book transfers across currencies.
• Monitor payment processing, including fraud, risk and investigations.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and departmental procedures.
• Perform end-of-day balancing and disaster recovery/testing as needed.
• Provide exceptional customer service and report issues to management.
