Qualifications

• Certified Sommelier or higher certification preferred.
• Experience as a Sommelier in fine dining or upscale establishment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests in selecting wines and sake with personalized recommendations.
• Conduct weekly inventory assessments to ensure accurate stock levels.
• Collaborate with culinary team to develop wine pairings and guidance for guests.
• Oversee wine service standards and train staff to maintain high standards.
• Conduct wine training and education sessions for staff to enhance knowledge.
• Support floor operations to ensure smooth service.
