Zuma - San Diego is seeking a bartender to craft exceptional cocktails, deliver attentive service, and foster a welcoming bar atmosphere. Bring mixology expertise and passion for guest satisfaction to our contemporary Japanese dining venue.

You will work in a high-volume, high-end setting, follow Zuma's recipes and standards, maintain a clean bar, manage inventory, and collaborate with a dynamic team. Flexible hours including evenings and weekends are required.

Qualifications

• Proven mixology expertise with knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide variety of cocktails, spirits, wines, and other beverages to guests.
• Engage with guests, take drink orders, and make menu recommendations.
• Create visually appealing cocktails using fresh ingredients and Zuma recipes.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area in compliance with health and safety standards.
• Monitor inventory and communicate shortages to the bar manager.
