Avenir Collective is seeking a Wholesale Executive to support the Global Wholesale team and drive wholesale account performance across markets. You will assist in implementing 360 retail strategies, manage retailer relationships and coordinate cross-functional launches and activations.

Reporting to the Head of Wholesale, this role offers exposure to beauty and consumer brands on a global scale, with opportunities to grow in retail marketing and operations.

Formación

• 1–3 years of wholesale, sales, account management or retail marketing experience (beauty industry a plus).
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Comfort working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Head of Wholesale in executing retail and commercial strategies across partners and markets.
• Track and report retail sales, wholesale revenue, account performance and KPIs; identify risks and growth opportunities.
• Maintain retail launch and promotional calendars aligned with commercial priorities and sales targets.
• Coordinate new product launches including retailer setup, product information and assets.
• Manage day-to-day retailer communications, prepare presentations and sales materials and monitor in-store execution.
• Support onboarding of new retail partners and cross-functional campaigns across Marketing, Creative, Education, Supply Chain and Operations.
