Avenir Collective in the US is seeking a Senior Wholesale Manager to lead the wholesale business, owning retailer strategy, revenue delivery and P&L across the US. You will build relationships with partners like Ulta, drive joint business plans, and ensure profitable distribution in-store and online.

The role requires 8+ years in wholesale or related commercial roles with beauty experience, strong financial acumen, and proven negotiation and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in wholesale or related commercial roles.
• Strong knowledge of the US beauty retail landscape, with Ulta experience preferred.
• Proven track record growing major retail accounts.
• Experience owning revenue forecasts, budgets, P&Ls and profitability.
• Hands-on trade marketing including promotions and retail activations.

Responsabilités
