Job summary

Avenir Collective in the US is seeking a Senior Wholesale Manager to drive the wholesale business across national retail partners, with focus on Ulta and other key accounts. You will own retailer strategy, forecast revenue, manage margins, and lead trade marketing execution to win in-store and online.

Qualifications

• 8+ years’ experience in wholesale, key account management or commercial roles, ideally within beauty, skincare or personal care.
• Strong knowledge of the US beauty retail landscape, with direct experience managing Ulta is highly preferred.
• Proven track record of growing major retail accounts and negotiating commercial agreements.
• Strong financial acumen with experience owning revenue forecasts, budgets, P&L and profitability.
• Hands-on experience in trade marketing including promotions, sampling and in-store activations.
• Solid understanding of demand planning, forecasting and inventory management.
• Analytical, with excellent relationship, communication and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, evolving business.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver the US wholesale strategy across existing and prospective retail partners.
• Lead strategic account relationships, including Ulta, developing joint business plans.
• Own commercial negotiations, including pricing, margins, promotions, investment and retailer terms.
• Lead range reviews, assortment optimization and distribution expansion while addressing risks.
• Own the US Wholesale P&L and forecast performance.
• Set revenue targets, manage budgets and forecasts with Finance.
• Forecast sales across retailers, SKUs, promotions and launches.
• Align inventory with activity with Demand Planning and Supply Chain.
• Own the US trade marketing strategy, budget and activations.
• Plan and execute new retailer and product launches.
• Identify new wholesale opportunities and partnerships.
• Provide actionable insights to leadership and retail partners.
