Avenir Collective is seeking a Wholesale Executive to support the Global Wholesale team, driving account performance and brand execution across markets. Reporting to the Head of Wholesale, you will help implement 360 retail strategies, manage retailer relationships, and coordinate cross-functional inputs for flawless launches and activations.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years’ experience in wholesale, sales, account management or retail marketing; beauty industry a plus.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support the Head of Wholesale in executing retail and commercial strategies across wholesale partners and markets.
• Track and report on retail sales, wholesale revenue, account performance and KPIs; identify risks and growth opportunities.
• Maintain retail launch and promotional calendars aligned with priorities and sales targets.
• Monitor product performance, stock health and assortment; support range optimisation and distribution growth.
• Coordinate new product launches, retailer setup and required documentation.
• Maintain accurate retailer assortments and timely updates for new products and discontinuations.
• Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Creative, Education, Supply Chain and Operations to deliver launches and campaigns.
• Support onboarding of new retail partners, product setup and training.
