Job summary

Haleon is seeking an Associate Development Scientist to support formulation and product development across innovation programs. You will work with scientists and cross‑functional partners to run lab studies, generate data, and contribute to products from concept to commercialization in a hybrid Richmond, VA setting.

The role offers exposure to tablets, capsules, powders, gummies, liquids, semi‑solids, and other consumer health formats, with emphasis on scientific curiosity and precise data

Qualifications

• BS in Food Science, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field.
• Up to 3 years of experience in product development, formulation development, consumer healthcare, dietary supplements, pharmaceuticals, foods, or related industry.
• Experience working in a laboratory environment.
• Strong scientific, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
