Job summary

Alchelyst is a client solutions and infrastructure partner for private markets asset managers, with offices in the US, Ireland, UK, Luxembourg and India. The Analyst will onboard and service intermediary clients for private market funds, coordinating across platforms and administrators, and collaborating with sales, transfer agents, and custody teams to support launches and ongoing servicing.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Communications.
• 1–3 years of experience supporting private markets operations.
• Experience coordinating with intermediaries, platforms, and service providers.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding and launches of private market funds and feeder vehicles.
• Assist onboarding of intermediary and distribution partners for global channels.
• Support pre- and post-sales activities with intermediaries and distribution partners.
• Oversee third-party service providers and administrators supporting client operations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate product availability, fund events, and platform needs.
• Prepare Excel- and PowerPoint-based materials for fundraising and operations.
• Work across teams to resolve operational issues and improve execution.
