Job summary

AlTi Global, Inc. is seeking an Associate Advisor to join our Client Advisory team in Wilmington. The role focuses on servicing clients across discretionary investment management and wealth planning, providing financial analyses, preparing presentations, and communicating with clients directly.

You will work with cross-office team members in a collaborative environment, while also acting as a self-starter committed to ongoing learning and improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in economics, business, or related areas.
• 1–3 years of related experience or equivalent mix of education and training.
• Ability to work in a team environment and be a self-starter.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong analytical skills.
• High proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Deliver wealth management services under supervision.
• Prepare customized client presentations with portfolio analyses.
• Develop investment allocations and policy statements with teammates.
• Communicate with clients and outside advisors; maintain performance reports.
• Assist onboarding of new clients; support business development.
• Participate in ongoing professional development.
