Kymera International is seeking a Principal, Innovation and Commercialization for Water Technologies. This role leads R&D, product development, and technical marketing to accelerate profitable growth in water technologies.

You will connect market needs with the R&D roadmap, manage stage-gate development, and drive commercialization across global markets. The position requires strong industrial water-treatment expertise and the ability to translate complex technologies into clear customer value

Qualifications

• Significant experience in industrial water treatment technologies.
• Ability to translate market needs into product development and commercialization.
• Experience developing technical value propositions for complex B2B markets.
• Experience building and managing intellectual property strategies including patents.
• Familiarity with global environmental, industrial, and regulatory standards in water treatment.

Responsibilities

• Translate market insights and Voice of the Customer into product, application, and innovation priorities.
• Develop differentiated technical value propositions, literature, case studies, white papers and customer-facing content.
• Drive innovation programs with phase & gate ownership focused on performance, expansion, reliability, and cost competitiveness.
• Lead technical content for trade shows, conferences, webinars and industry publications.
• Support portfolio lifecycle management by expanding or repositioning products based on evidence.
• Establish and strengthen IP strategy, including documentation and competitive positioning.
• Create technical processes and governance to improve execution and commercialization.
• Support strategic customer engagements with high-level technical expertise and pricing accountability.
• Collaborate with commercial teams on target markets, launches, and technical sales enablement.
