Job summary

Volvo Penta North America is seeking a Warranty Administrator to manage warranty claims, ensure accuracy, and coordinate with dealers and internal teams. The role emphasizes adherence to OEM guidelines and timely reimbursements, with focus on documentation and data integrity.

The ideal candidate will have warranty administration experience, a relevant degree, and bilingual Spanish/English skills. On-site Chesapeake, VA location with comprehensive benefits and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Applied Technology or Business; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 2–4 years warranty administration experience.
• 2 years automotive industry experience, preferably heavy-duty truck/service outlet.
• Spanish/English bilingual preferred.
• Knowledge of Volvo/Mack parts systems: IMPACT, PartsLinq, UCHP, VDA+, Vehicle Inquiry.

Responsibilities

• Submit, track, and reconcile warranty claims.
• Review work orders and invoices for accuracy.
• Monitor claim status and follow up on reimbursements.
• Ensure compliance with OEM warranty guidelines.
• Maintain orderly records of warranty transactions.
• Provide dealer and internal warranty training as needed.
