Job summary

Apple seeks an experienced, hands-on leader to head Wallet, Payments, and Commerce Partner Operations across the Americas. You will build and scale teams delivering market launches, ensure partner readiness, and drive ongoing operations after launch.

You will bring deep payments knowledge and a track record of leading high-performing teams, with hands-on AI/automation experience to scale processes. Domestic travel required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in digital wallets, payments or business operations.
• 3+ years of people leadership with scaling teams.
• Deep knowledge of tokenization, card provisioning and contactless acceptance.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team managing launch readiness and partner relationships.
• Own operational launch readiness for new markets, partners, and features.
• Build scalable processes, playbooks and documentation for launch readiness.
• Ensure partners meet Apple Pay program requirements and contractual obligations.
• Serve as the senior operational contact for partners across markets.
• Lead operational reviews with partners to align priorities and goals.
• Track partner metrics and use data to improve feature adoption.
• Analyze customer experience and payment issues to drive improvements.
• Work with Engineering and Product to resolve technical problems.
• Turn feedback into roadmap improvements and workflows.
• Act as the operations SME on strategic projects from planning through execution.
• Use generative AI and automation to streamline workflows across partners.
