Job summary

Premier Enterprise Solutions seeks a VTC-Video Teleconference Center Engineer in Washington, DC, with 5–8 years of experience and TS/SCI eligibility. The role focuses on daily management of site VTC and conference room systems and providing client training on AV/VTC equipment.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum 5–8 years of VTC/center engineering experience.
• Experience supporting DISA JSP or similar defense environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Daily management of site VTC and conference room systems; schedule VTC with external sites and configure rooms for conferences globally.
• Troubleshoot VTC and conference room equipment; initiate tickets for external support in SCIF environments.
• Perform routine performance tests on servers/workstations ensuring optimal VTC operation.
• Setups, tests, and closeout of equipment in support of VTC sessions.
• Provide client consulting and training on control interfaces for AV/VTC equipment.
