Genesys is seeking a Vice President, Global Strategic Experiences and Executive Programs to own a global portfolio of strategic events and executive engagement initiatives that elevate market position and strengthen relationships with senior decision-makers across priority accounts.
Operating across Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing, you will design differentiated experiences and scale programs to accelerate pipeline and revenue while leading a high-performing global events organization.
Qualifications
- 15+ years in demand generation, strategic events, or executive engagement in enterprise B2B/SaaS environments.
- 7+ years leading global event strategy for large-scale programs.
- Experience building executive engagement for C-suite audiences.
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the global strategy for Tier 1 strategic events and executive engagement.
- Architect flagship experiences like global conferences and executive programs.
- Lead a global events organization with cross-functional leaders.
