Job summary

Genesys is seeking a visionary leader to define and scale a global portfolio of strategic events and executive programs. You will align event strategy with enterprise growth, coordinating across Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to deliver high-impact experiences for senior buyers and strategic accounts.

You will drive adoption of AI-powered event technologies, leverage data for optimization, and lead a distributed events organization to accelerate pipeline and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in demand generation, strategic events, or executive engagement in enterprise B2B or SaaS.
• 7+ years leading global event strategy and execution for large-scale programs.
• Experience building and scaling executive engagement programs for C-suite audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own global strategy for Tier 1 strategic events and drive pipeline impact.
• Architect flagship experiences: conferences, industry events, sales kickoff, executive programs.
• Design differentiated, high-visibility event experiences for senior decision-makers.
• Establish scalable playbooks and governance for efficient global execution.
• Lead the global executive engagement portfolio and ensure meaningful C-suite engagement.
